Why has my request for a free trial been denied?


Unfortunately, sometimes we have had to suspend for the free trials for some regions due to their high number of free trial requests but very low conversion rates to paying customers.

It is uneconomic for us to extend free trials to these regions.

It’s possible that from your registration details you are located in one such region.
