Trends and plans were considered during the event.
30.11.2022, Tokyo, Japan
The biggest CloudSigma Global Partners’ Conference for 2022 was held in Tokyo, Japan.
During the event, the providers discussed the developments and plans for next year. New members of the CloudSigma service provider community also had the chance to present and introduce themselves. Robert Jenkin, the CloudSigma CEO, presented the development roadmap and news for 2023 and answered some important questions about future expansion and advanced offerings.
“After a two-year pause, we are happy to meet in person and share our development plans and future collaborations within the network. As our network grows, it becomes stronger, and we see more and more cross-cloud business and collaboration.”, said Robert Jenkin.
Some areas for future collaboration were highlighted and discussed. HPE updated us on their PRSP program and how to combine managed services, system integration and cloud services to win business. CloudSigma is a titanium partner of Intel; Intel provided an overview of the Intel Partner Alliance and the marketing tools available to members and a presentation with use cases about their confidential computing solutions.
The second day’s topics included sales initiatives, new and innovative cloud projects, and ways to expand cloud services via the CloudSigma federation. CloudSigma CCO Borislav Ivanov shared several CloudSigma marketing campaigns and other sales initiatives, and Partner Sales Enablement Manager Miglena Mihaleva introduced the new CloudSigma Training and Certification Program.
During the event, Xavier Poisson, Global Vice President, Service Providers business at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, presented an overview of HPE’s service provider strategy and market trends, including Gaia-X and the data economy.
The final topic of the second day was the possibility of federating infrastructure in Web 3.0.
The day came to a close with a discussion of the plans and cooperative strategy to build a foundation for growth. The discussions were built on the sharing of expertise and best practices, resulting in clear actions and a strong plan for future collaboration. Overall, it was an enjoyable and productive event demonstrating the strengthening ecosystem around the CloudSigma cloud-as-a-service offering.
